I was very impressed with the installers that were sent to do our jobs. The tile installers helped fix some sub flooring issues we had and coached us through the repair of a leaky toilet. The laminate installers did an excellent job also, they went through and fixed creaks in the floor before installing the laminate and fixed some molding problems we had in another room. I have just one word to describe my laminate floors from Empire Today and that would be AMAZING. I had my flooring replaced in my living and dining room plus my hallway. The workers did such beautiful work. They were at my home by 9 a.m. and completely finished by 1 p.m. They had to take up my old carpet then lay my new flooring. I called around and got estimates from various companies, but was very impressed with Empire’s sales person that came out. He was very knowledgeable, and had great samples. And, the floors really were able to be installed right away. The installers were experienced, quick and detail oriented. They made sure that I was completely happy with everything before they left. We had laminate flooring put into our kitchen today. It looks great!!! We really enjoyed the sales associate - he was not pushy and he really knew the products! I was amazed at the fact that Empire really does do next day installation. So great to see a company that really does what is says it will!!!

I wrote an earlier “testimonial” complaining about the fact that my floor had worn. I’m re-writing it because, I must say, Empire has stood behind their warranty. Yesterday, they came and pretty much replaced my entire floor. And, relatively speaking, it really didn’t take very long for them to respond to my complaint. I must say, overall, I am quite impressed and satisfied with their response. Oh and, the floor does look great!

I cannot believe my floor. From the moment I met the salesman to completion of the job, everything happened as I was promised. We sealed the deal late one evening and the salesman promised that my floor will be completed the next day. I told the salesman I belive it when I see. Well, the next day by 5:00 pm my floor was completed!This is the first contractual job I ever had finish on time as promised. And better yet, I am enjoying my new floor and the easy maintenance it provides.
