I called Empire for a free home estimate. The salesman was prompt and spent a great deal of time with me explaining the product (laminate). I could tell that he really believed in the company. I ordered the flooring and asked me if I wanted to get it installed tomorrow; mind you it was about 8pm when we discussed this. I decided the following the day would be better. The crew came around 8:30 and they were fantastic; polite, efficient and took pride in there work. They pulled out the old carpeting, took off the baseboards, moved furniture went to work. By the early evening, they were just about finished. I was amazed!! They came back the next day and finished; they asked me to inspect and it came out terrific. It transformed my whole house.
