Empire Flooring Stories

I recently called Empire Today to give me an in-home estimate to install laminate flooring for my kitchen and dining area. I set the appointment up for the following day between 3:00-5:00 pm. You called me to verify the appointment and your Sales Rep was here at 3:00 pm the very next day. It was so nice that I did not have to sit around and wait for him. He had the samples, explained the procedure and gave us a great price, and stated that they can install whenever we wanted them to.

We were in the process of remodeling our kitchen and we had new base cabinets on order. Your Sales Rep informed us that it would be best to wait until we have the cabinets installed before we do the floor. This made us feel good that he was looking out for our best interest.

My wife and I have dealt with a lot of installers on different items. We have never met a nicer, friendlier, and more meticulous group as we did with your installers. They explained every thing they would be doing. If I had any questions, they would answer them. They asked if I gave it any thought as to the direction I wanted the floor laid. I asked what they would suggest, I went with their idea, and was very glad I did. It was definitely installed professionally.

I would not hesitate to recommend Empire Today to my family and friends. I would also not hesitate to recommend my installers or Sales Rep for an in-home estimate. Our new floor looks beautiful. This is my first time dealing with Empire, and it will not be my last.
