Courteous and Helpful – That’s Empire Today

We had three rooms done with ceramic tile and laminate. The crew was so remarkable that we called to have another room done! I don’t know when I’ve encountered a team that was so courteous and helpful! I’ll refer my friends to Empire any time!

Here is why we recommended Empire to a friend who was looking to replace carpet in their high end house.
We had 2 carpets replaced when we moved into a 5 year old house. I called my brother before we signed the paperwork to make sure it was a good price. He said GO with their pricing. Empire arrived promptly to do the job. Nice installation folks. Job sent good. We had 2 little problems with the carpet not taking properly. We noticed this a few days later so we called Empire to have them come out to fix these 2 issues on a Saturday morning. The Empire folks arrived exactly when they said they would and fixed the 2 problems perfectly and the Empire folks were so pleasant and courteous when they were fixing our carpet that we were very impressed. They also looked over the entire carpets to make sure that everything was okay. We were so impressed with their customer service that we recommended them to our friends who bought a very high end home a couple of streets away from us and they were also impressed.
