I had laminate floors installed in a bedroom, closets and bathrooms. Because I was trying to match the laminate flooring in other rooms, the installers were very concerned that I be pleased with the laminate before they proceeded. They were very courteous and professional. They completed the job in one day and did a beautiful job. Everything was cleaned up before they left.I will certainly contact Empire again when I am ready to install laminate in other rooms. Also, I would request the same two installers as I was very pleased with their work.Carol from Schaumburg, IL

I loved my experience with Empire. I scheduled an appointment through your website and was given a 2 hour window for the consultant to show up. He was there at the very beginning of the window and immediately came in and offered me a no-pressure/no-hassle approach. We ended up getting laminate flooring for our dining room, and less than a week later we called him back and got new carpet for our living room.
The installation went well and was next day, as promised. There was a small hiccup in the installation when the installers put in new baseboard when they were supposed to use the existing stuff, but when we told our consultant that he offered to have the same wallboard put in at no cost to us in the living room, so it all worked out well in the end.
I would recommend Empire to anybody looking for a no-hassle professional flooring company.

Unbelievable….I called one day, the sales rep came the next day, and because I wanted to wait one day, the floor was installed on the fourth day. Beautiful hard surface flooring. The best part was the courteous and pleasant installer who came. He did the job alone and it turned out perfect, and he cleaned up and placed pieces of carpet under the furniture so it could be moved again, since I am now having the room painted. I would call Empire again!

We would like to take this time to give your Company, Salesperson, and the Install Crew a much deserved THANK YOU! On February 28, 2006 we had laminate flooring installed in our Family room.From the initial phone call to the final cleanup of the jobsite, everyone involved was totally professional. The salesperson was on time for the appointment, very knowledgable about the product that EMPIRE TODAY offered, and answered all of our questions. As promised, the Install Crew showed up the next morning prepared to work. I spoke with the Installation foreman and showed him what we wanted done and he responded with ” no problem”. The crew went above and beyond our expectations. With EMPIRE TODAY, we were able to get financing and the color of flooring that my wife and I had been looking for since 2004. And to top it off, it was the exact manufacturer that we had considered purchasing back in 2004. To say the least she was very happy. Once again, THANK YOU for a job well done!!!!

I was extremely impressed with not only the quality of the product, but the quality of the installation. I have an old home with uneven floors. The installers were able to create solutions to level out high spots and work around my non-square walls. The flooring was installed in two days and over a month later I haven’t had a single problem.

I was completely satisfied with the floors Empire Today installed. The workers were kind, considerate and professional. I will definitely recommend Empire Today to anybody. I also had Ceramic Tile installed the same day in kitchen/bath. Absolutely love the finished product. The installers also were very prompt on coming back when a situation came up and the problem was fixed.

Before Empire Today, we were at a dead end with our other contractors and totally frustrated. We were living with cement floors and no furniture to sit or eat on for a month. When Empire said they would be here the next day, they weren’t kidding. I got three full rooms of laminate done and they even took up old tile. They even sent out a carpet installer to finish a step that other contractors left undone. The installation team was professional and did a great job! In just two days our family had a beautiful home of which we could enjoy again. We were very satisfied and would recommend Empire Today to all of our friends, family, even strangers. We needed our kitchen flooring replaced, and decided on ceramic tile. Our salesman was very helpful, prompt, and professional. The work was done the next day by a wonderful crew of installers. What an incredible job they did! The lead man is an “artiste”. Absolutely beautiful work. And, they tidied up everything before they left. I didn’t notice dust at all from the work. They put all the appliances back, all working perfectly which had been a worry for me before we decided to do the floor. I LOVE MY FLOOR!!!!!!!!! Thank you Empire Today!

I had laminate flooring and carpet installed on 9/26. The installers were there timely and stayed until it was completed. My house doesn’t look the same. We are so very happy. I would love to take this opportunity to thank John, Ross, Hussein and the rest of the insulation team in Toronto for doing such great work on our new laminate flooring on the main level of our home and the lovely carpeting that was laid in our family room plus two staircases. They were very professional and were even early on the day that we had the carpeting and laminate installed. We had the whole first level done in laminate, back in October 2005. With two dogs and two cats the flooring is the same as it was installed. The carpeting was installed in January 2006. At first I was skeptical in having laminate as I didn’t think it would stand up to our furchildren. It truly is an amazing product. I recommend laminate flooring to anyone, and especially if they have four legged friends. Our house has been transformed into a lovely home. I would definitely recommend Empire Today to any of my friends or family that are looking for such great workmanship. The installers did an amazing job!
