I would love to take this opportunity to thank John, Ross, Hussein and the rest of the insulation team in Toronto for doing such great work on our new laminate flooring on the main level of our home and the lovely carpeting that was laid in our family room plus two staircases. They were very professional and were even early on the day that we had the carpeting and laminate installed. We had the whole first level done in laminate, back in October 2005. With two dogs and two cats the flooring is the same as it was installed. The carpeting was installed in January 2006. At first I was skeptical in having laminate as I didn’t think it would stand up to our furchildren. It truly is an amazing product. I recommend laminate flooring to anyone, and especially if they have four legged friends. Our house has been transformed into a lovely home. I would definitely recommend Empire Today to any of my friends or family that are looking for such great workmanship. The installers did an amazing job! Empire is truly committed to offering great service, products and installation. Thank you Empire!

Dear Empire,
I recently had some laminated wood flooring installed and I was so pleased with the service and installation that I thought I would take the time out to show my appreciation and gratitude by e-mailing you.
I was pleased with the prompt service of having the salesperson come out and sell his presentation of the flooring. He was able to accommodate me with exactly what I wanted.
I was especially pleased with the day of installation. A gentleman called me to confirm my appointment and to tell me when the crew will arrive (I was pleased that they arrived a half hour early). During the installation, the installation manager called again to ensure that the installation process was moving along. Near the end of the installation, he came to assess the job. I really liked that because he made me feel confident that Empire was on top of their business. He was very nice and noticed there was a threshold piece that applies to the wood that did not match properly, he explained to me that the warehouse was closed but promised to return on Monday to install the correct shade. He even assured me that he can return after I reached home after 6PM. On Monday, they returned at 6:15 PM and completed an absolutely beautiful job. I recently returned from vacation and with my floors complete, I still felt like I was on vacation!!!!!
I would like to thank the entire Empire company, and I have recommended Empire to several neighbors within my community.
Once again I would like to especially thank the salesperson and installation manager for their commitment to make the process right. In the future, I would like the same two gentlemen to return to my home when I plan to continue upgrading my home. Thanking you for a job well done and I look forward to having additional work done by Empire!!!

It was a surprise to find a company that actually followed through on each and every component of ordering to installing the flooring that was needed for my apartments. In addition, the salesperson also took the time to measure my downstairs office for laminate and tile that will be needed one month from now. All of the Depots or the other well known flooring companies in the area were not very concerned about what I needed or were even willing to send someone out to look at the proposed job. Convenience, trustworthy, on-time, and follow-through are some of the adjectives I would use to describe the service I received from Empire Today. Ordered yesterday and installed today was the promise and that’s what was done. What more can you ask for? Thanks

I love my new flooring! And the process was quick and convenient. I called to schedule an estimate on Friday morning and a wonderful sales rep. was at my house that evening with lots of samples to choose from. She was very knowledgeable about the product and my laminate floors were installed the next day (Saturday)! And by Monday, I also had new carpet. Empire was my 3rd and final bid because they were able to give me the best price.

I just wanted to say thank you for being a great company. I called Empire and they came out the next day. The salespeople were so nice and extremely helpful. Thanks guys! There was absolutely no push to make the sale. This was very important to me. But I felt very comfortable with everything they offered, so I went ahead and made the deal. True to their word, Empire came out the very next day and installed our wood laminate flooring. Their installers showed up early–such an amazing concept these days, when everybody else shows up late to work. They finished the job quickly. They were also courteous and very professional. The flooring is absolutely beautiful and my family and I just can’t stop remarking about how great it looks and feels. Empire, thank you for a completely non-hassle, GREAT overall shopping/buying experience!

I’d like to express my gratitude for being sent such a conscientious floor installer. He came to my house and did the job quickly and professionally. He is very detail oriented and fixed any squeaks I had in my floor before putting down my laminate. Best of all, he called a few days later and asked how everything was — when I told him I wanted him to take a look at some of the moulding, he came a few days later and made several adjustments. No hassle, no fuss. He cleaned up after he was done, and made suggestions as to the care and upkeep of my floor. I was very impressed. I would go to Empire Today again for my flooring needs, especially if I have the same installer. Thanks again for employing such a fine craftsperson.

The installers and product is PHENOMENAL!! The gentlemen that were in my home were GREAT!! They did an awesome job, and I’m tickled to death with my laminate flooring. We just had laminate flooring and carpet installed by Empire and I had to let you know just how pleased we are with the entire experience.
After seeing your commercials on T.V. for some time, I decided to call and see if it was as easy as you described. Wow! We simply could not be more pleased with the quality of the products and most of all the installers!
The flooring looks absolutely beautiful and I have never felt more comfortable with anyone that has done work in my home than the two of them. The installers are experts with the trim work and the cleanup was superb. They are experts at their job. Next job I will personally request the two installers I had this time.
